At conferences and talks
Instead of a long URL or a QR code, say the keyword from the stage:
"Enter the phrase conferencia2026 on the website."
Every attendee will get the link to the presentation.
Over the phone
You need to send a link to someone, but dictating a URL is awkward.
Create a link with the keyword:

The other person enters the phrase on the website and gets the link.
During a livestream
While streaming or hosting a webinar, you can say the keyword out loud.
Viewers won't have to dig through the chat or description for the link.
In podcasts
Instead of a long address:
example.com/download?id=45873
it's enough to say:
"Enter the phrase podcast25."
At events
An organizer can hand out:
